Suzanne was a Research and Communications Intern at Brighter Green from the fall of 2012 to early 2013. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2009, majoring in Art History with a minor in French. While a student, she started a lunch counter bakery in Ann Arbor's Sparrow Market. After graduating, she volunteered at the Gowanus Canal Conservancy in Brooklyn and worked as a pastry chef at Lot 2 in Park Slope. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy at Columbia University. She is interested in issues surrounding global food policy and sustainability.
