Judy Bankman Published in China Dialogue


Judy Bankman, author of our new discussion paper, Chronic Disease, Changing Diets and Sustainability: The Globalization of Western-style Eating and Its Implications, recently published an article in China Dialogue titled “Processed food is a global health crisis” where she talks more about the paper, released at COP23. The paper includes China as one of its case studies; a country where meat consumption has risen 400% since 1980 and now has the most diabetics in the world: 109 million people in 2015.
