Former Brighter Green intern and public health professional Judy Bankman has written a blog on the Food Climate Research Network site. The blog called “Changing Diets Threaten Public Health & the Environment” and is adapted from a discussion paper Judy wrote for Brighter Green last year. This paper covered issues of public health and the environmental impacts of an increasingly globalized Western Diet. The paper is called “Chronic Disease, Changing Diets and Sustainability.”
