Brighter Green at Healthy School Food Conference

Executive Director Mia MacDonald gave a presentation (PDF) on the links between food and global warming at a conference co-sponsored by the United Federation of Teachers’ Humane Education Committee and Science Committee. and the NY Coalition for Healthy School Food. Speakers at the conference, “Healthy Foods for Better Living,” examined the intersections among healthy food choices, diet-related diseases and climate change.
