During the Green Dining Tour, Rafi Taherian was interviewed by Charlotte Middlehurst, Deputy Editor of China Dialogue, for the article, “The Food Revolution will start on campus.” The article covers the increase of meat consumption in China and many places around the world, and the problems that come from this. It then covers what Taherian and others are doing to encourage less meat consumption.
