Wanqing Zhou quoted in China Dialogue article about COP24

Associate Wanqing Zhou was quoted in an article in China Dialogue called, “Meat consumption threatens international climate commitments.” It’s about how meat consumption during the recent climate conference, COP24, is problematic if we want to reach climate goals. The article talks about the report that Brighter Green, Farm Forward, and the Center for Biological Diversity put out during the conference about the meat heavy menu. Wanqing says that, “There is a tendency towards the industrialization of meat production. That means that cows are fed corn and soybeans, crops that require more land.”
