Associate Wanqing Zhou was quoted in Charlotte Middlehurst’s article in The Guardian called, “Can China kick its animal antibiotic habit?It’s about the use of antibiotics in farming in China and the challenges of trying to reduce the amount that farmers use. She says that, “the Chinese government is shortening the list of antibiotics approved for animal use.
