At Brighter Green, we believe in the power of partnerships to drive meaningful change. By collaborating with organizations and individuals across the globe, we amplify efforts to promote sustainability, biodiversity, and social equity. Our work spans diverse initiatives—from journalism and education to climate action and advocacy—reflecting our commitment to creating a greener, more inclusive future.

Our Collaborations

Brighter Green’s work often involves partnerships that incubate programs and strategic directions; launch and sustain policy development and advocacy; craft narratives; build coalitions; and illuminate important research and on-the-ground experiences.

We set up a young women’s leadership initiative with the Simba Maasai Organization and the Indigenous Information Network, both of Kenya, and Tribal Link in the U.S.
Through our Animals and Biodiversity Reporting Fund, we’ve worked with media outlets Revista Raya, Repórter Brasil, the Guardian, Vox, and independent journalists Patricio Eleisegui and Sophie Kevany.
Our work on animals, the climate crisis, and biodiversity (domesticated and wild) is undertaken with a number of global networks, including the Food Climate Action Group, the Global Forest Coalition, the World Federation for Animals, the Stop Financing Factory Farming campaign, and Climate Action Network, among others.
Since 2020, we’ve been a nominating partner for the prestigious nominated Goldman Environmental Prize. We seek to highlight courageous work on industrial animal agriculture, wildlife protection, biodiversity, forests, and environmental justice. (So far, we’ve nominated two prize winners, in 2021 and 2024, and an additional five finalists . . . and counting).
We continue to work with our partners in Asia, in Latin America, and Africa on a variety of projects (see the Initiatives section).
