Diets, Demand, and Consumption: A Review of Talanoa Dialogue Submissions
A number of members of the Food and Climate Alliance (FCA) have participated in the Talanoa Dialogue process, using the opportunity to highlight the urgent need for a transition away from dietary patterns high in animal-based foods and toward more plant-centric diets as a critical climate change solution.
